Academic Level: PhD

Eligibility Criteria:

2. Lester B. Pearson International Student Scholarship
Academic Level: Undergraduate
Eligible Countries: All

b. Enrolled in your final year of senior secondary school in 2024/205 or have graduated no earlier than June 2024

Academic Level: Master’s
Eligible Countries: All
Eligibility Criteria:
a. You are a current student on track to earn your first bachelor’s degree by August 2025.
b. You earned your first bachelor’s degree in the last five years (January 2019 or later).
c. You earned your first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago, and are 30 years or younger in 2024.
d. You will also need to meet the minimum degree and language requirements for McGill master’s program admission

4. President’s International Distinction Scholarship
Academic Level: Undergraduate
Eligible Countries: All
Eligibility Criteria: Students with a superior admission average and demonstrated leadership qualities entering their first year of an undergraduate degree on a Student Visa Permit

5. Pierre Elliot Trudeau Foundation Scholarship
Academic Level: PhD
Eligible Countries: All
Eligibility Criteria:
a.You must be registered or already accepted into or in year one or two (beginning year three in September 2024 or later) of a full-time doctoral program, and expected to complete your doctoral studies in 2027 or later.
b. Your field of study is broadly related to the humanities or human sciences of direct relevance to the future of Canada
c. Your doctoral work must relate to at least one of the Foundation’s Four Themes: Human Rights and Dignity, Responsible Citizenship, Canada and the World, People and their Natural Environment.
d. Be a Canadian citizen studying at a Canadian or foreign institution, or a non-Canadian (permanent resident of Canada or foreign national) enrolled in a doctoral program at a Canadian institution.
